All | Open Mic/Questions | What is the best contact for Quest support? NC: Has anyone else had issues with the Labcorp 2.5.1 message, specifically TB susceptibilities? CA: Not an issue so much as when is Labcorp going to start sending? Understand Labcorp was testing with a few different states and would appreciate an update. NV is getting production 2.5.1 messages, will be moving all to 2.5.1 by program area APHL can follow up with Carmen with any questions. NV: Our understanding is that it is up to the PHA when they want to move to production for 2.5.1. Depending on the jurisdiction, there may be parallel feeds for 2.3.1. and 2.5.1 across program areas when making this transition. We needed a change in MSH 4.1 in order to differentiate between the 2.3.1 and new 2.5.1 messages coming in, all from Labcorp (e.g., new MSH 4.1 = ‘Labcorp 2.5.1’). Different program areas sending in different format currently. NC: All new 2.5.1 coming into test at this time, and currently experiencing a few issues with the susceptibility. Unclear if Labcorp is rolling out to all jurisdictions at some time. Can follow up directly with Carmen for an answer. APHL can also invite carmen for Carmen onto a future ELR Open call to check in on this progress and answer questions from the group.
NJ: Are there any updates about SOGI for HL7? HL7 release for SOGI is forthcoming, likely Jan 2024. Brooke will reach out to Joyce to checkpoint on upcoming needs to ensure NJ can receive validated SOGI ELR from AIMS once requirement in place.
NJ: Any changes to COVID ELR reporting requirements? | |
