 Went over current draft of the White Paper

• Members to Review and offer comments on draft document

• Suggestion to collapse Functional and Non-Functional Requirements into one Requirements Section

• Stan to further refine the Requirements section outline

• Explicitly state that there will be some LIDR entries provided by IVD manufacturers and some entries that will be provided by LIDR Administrators such as results derived from equations (e.g., eGFR) and results with clinical context (e.g., 24-hour urine)

• Question on how to collaborate with TEFCA Lab Tiger Team Interoperability Efforts

  • There seems to be little opportunity to influence document given cumbersome method available for providing comments

  • Lack of emphasis on the comparability of results as a interoperability barrier that needs to be addressed

  • Track work of TEFCA Tiger Team to ensure efforts are complementary and not contradictory

And we need to prioritize the use cases, so that we can finalize the requirements for the first phase of LIDR, which need to be included in the White paper
