Documents on preliminary results coming in through ELRs. Does anyone have a best practices document for this?

Nevada advised that there are 3 different statuses’: preliminary, final, or corrected.

Amy (NM)-We don't want Preliminary, only Final. If they suspect something urgent, they have to call the on-call line.

Ellaison (CA)-In CA, we do accept prelims and finals for reportable conditions, but don't have formal documentation specific to prelims.

RJ Kelly (NC)-we use the Resultstatus flag
"C" corrected results in our system will import a new result with that new condition.

Joyce (NJ)-NJ only accepts Final.

Michelle M. (WA)-WA is same as CA. we take all 3 status and add each to the lab section.

Does anyone have the USCDI link? I think I'll have to check and see if anyone has reviewed for NV. We do have 2 different fields for Race and Ethnicity.

Right now, it is two fields in the system. This will become one field in the future.
