Thanks! So that adds another way orders and results are represented in FHIR.

that's because the observation.basedOn goes back to the original order, but you cannot indicate which result triggeerd the reflex = OBR-26 in V2

Not many use that currently
CMS has reflex rules in the US too for orders.
