Action Items:
Greg Pappas - Develop the next step on the evaluation framework in set out the basic levels (the pyramid), the logic model (the flow of implementation from LIVD expansion to end implementation, and perhaps a few process measures from for other committees (like communication).
Greg Pappas - Develop a few more metrics, milestones, and goals.
Effectiveness Committee - Review documents as a committee and decide when we are ready to share with other committees.
Deloitte - Assist on rescheduling meeting cadence to accommodate more members.
