    Note that during initial implementation of the LRI_NDBS profile, we have identified some limitations regarding the use of just a single OBR as described in LRI Edition 5 (which eliminated the multi-OBR structure with use of parent-child linkage elements as described previously). When reporting not just the interpretation, but also the individual analytes for each abnormal disorder, some EHR systems may require an OBR per disorder in order to allow a single analyte to be associated with more than one disorder. LRI 5.1 errata were published to allow BOTH approaches - a single OBR and multiple OBRs.
