Significant discussion occurred around the role of Government Entity representatives, specifically around whether they can vote (and, if not, their purpose on the SC) Dr. Luu advocated for the creation of SC ex officio roles for government representatives. Section 5: Resignations Section 6: Vacancies ARTICLE FIVE: MEETINGS OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE Section 1: Annual Meeting Section 2: Regular Meetings Section 3: Special Meetings Section 4: Quorum Section 5: Vote Required by Action Huguelet to reach out to Hiller, Sapiente, and potentially FDA to determine whether voting by government representatives in a community was allowable.
