• Issue 197: TRF Logo Update changes

  • In Place for CDPH, but not CA TB on 11/4

  • in Prod reverted (old in LWP), New logo on TRF seems to have been in effective since late October

• Issue 199: Not receiving New User Reg email

  • Essentially resolved, but need answers on when was changed, Shawnte to ask gretl to whom we can escalate for a response on root cause.

EY05 Activities

Requirement Gathering

• Discrete results and export requirements for WGS and tNGS.

  • CDPH to provide updated reports. Would be similar to current report, but no display of patient information and additional headers

  • Expectations 3 tiles, aggregated, isolate, specimen

• Result Mapping Doc Review

• In aggregate report if data is provided with show

• Line listed specimens/isolate review for full description

• TEST+DRG+GENE

11/6: Discussed export fields and columns between old form and new forms. New requirements need to be aligned for fields like methos, result and code.

--The source of calculations, such as TAT might have more logic that needs to be reviewed with ICC ( Catherine and Steve)

--Due to current stability the preferred prioritization would be molecular testing ( tNGS and WGS) over phenotypic test.

--Questions surrounding what discrete results need to be available in the export or for what roles.

--Discussed the potential pop up message options for date fields.
