Welcome to the APHL Electronic Test Orders and Results (ETOR) implementation. As a user of APHL’s ETOR intermediary, you will be able to securely exchange test orders and results between healthcare organizations and public health laboratories.

Implementation of APHL’s ETOR solution requires a coordinated effort between multiple organizations. APHL will leverage its proven Technical Assistance methodology to manage this effort. This methodology provides a highly supportive, structured approach to facilitate efficient and effective management, communication, and coordination of your implementation.

This handbook will serve as a guide for what to expect during your implementation and will help to ensure appropriate preparation and successful outcomes.

Our team is committed to providing exceptional services and support throughout this process.

We look forward to partnering with you and your team.

Sincerely,

APHL ETOR Program Team
