    • The percentage allocations to each Stakeholder Category were adjusted slightly based upon feedback.

    • Significant discussion occurred around the role of Government Entity representatives, specifically around whether they can vote (and, if not, their purpose on the SC)

    • Dr. Luu advocated for the creation of SC ex officio roles for government representatives.
