EY05 Activities

Requirement Gathering

• Discrete results and export requirements for WGS and tNGS.

  • CDPH to provide updated reports. Would be similar to current report, but no display of patient information and additional headers

  • Expectations 3 tiles, aggregated, isolate, specimen

  • Lesson Learned: Last go-round, many of the issues that did appear, showed up once the in production- Metrics, mostly internal

2/25/26: Pending updates from Icconect, Proposed schedule at risk

• CE: Mappings completed! Reports and the grid updates in progress by Vova

  • Mappings Completed in QC1, Reports target to be completed ~March 3, 2025

  • No known questions at this time --anticipate questions for aggregate report

  • QC1-CDPH connects to SL Test--can do round trip testing in QC1

    • Steven: Can access QC1

  • CDPH Round Trip Testing: March 4th, Convert March 5th call--convert to working session to address any testing feedback and answer questions, vova/catherine will attend

• Issue 205: Dev In progress

  • Mixed Culture--only displays Sequencing Based DST:

    • Updates: Phenotyping options are removed

    • Potentially have phenotypic test greyed out --Esita will ask Olga

    • SY: If user selects phenotypic test, then goes back to choose mixed or non-viable, then phenotypic should not be ordered

      • ICC: Will check logic to ensure phenotypic test is not ordered

      • Updated in FB1, will be deployed to QC1 (target: 2/28/25)

      • Will include as part of the prod deployment for discrete/aggregate : Target 3/30/25

Next steps:

• ICC: Issue 205:

  • Confirm LOE to apply phenotypic test options being visible, but greyed out

  • If LOW LOE (and no mapping changes are required)-apply, deploy to QC1 for CDPH Testing

• ICC: Complete Aggregate Report and Discrete Results Report Update in QC1:

  • Target 3/3/25

• CDPH: Conduct Round trip Testing in QC1 March 4-5, 2025, provide testing feedback

• Working session to address issues/answer questions: March 5, 2025
