45 Minutes	Gather Feedback on Article 3 of Draft Charter	Huguelet / Jonnaert	ARTICLE THREE: MEMBERSHIP Section 1: Classes and Eligibility The consensus was that there should be two classes of membership: one for organizations/entities (who shall appoint representatives empowered to speak on the organization’s or entity’s behalf) and a second for individual (who shall participate in their personal capacity. At this point, Jim Huguelet took as an action item to rework the draft Charter to reflect a two-class membership structure and present same at the next Re-Organization Committee working session where we will again pick up with the review of Article Three.
