Next step is to submit text as is - with some of the comments to the smaller writing group - goal is to have something pulled together by mid-October - allocating enough time for the government clearance process

    • Please review and add more detail where needed (e.g. cost of server is dependent on amount of storage needed) and maybe provide unit cost estimates, where possible:
