  • ADLM - (formerly AACC): ADLM 2025 call for proposals | myADLM.org

    • Window open until November 7th, 2024

    • July 27th-31st 2025, Chicago, IL

    • Two session types may be options:

    • Submitted proposal for 2025 conference, but this was rejected.

    • Subsequent to rejected proposal, ADLM reached out asking us to present during a webinar later this year.

  • API - (Association for Pathology Informatics): PI Summit 2025 (pathologyinformatics.org)

    • May 19-22, 2025 in Ann Arbor, MI - Nothing posted regarding call for presentations as of 10/23/24

    • Call for proposals now open. Deadline, extended to Feb 4th, 2024 for short (15 minute) oral abstracts or traditional abstracts. Maybe be redundant with other submitted presentations. CAP has submitted a presentation related to their BAA contract work. Not sure if it has been approved yet. Dr. Luu has also submitted a Standard Topic related to his work with Synensys. Eric will follow up with Riki, Andrea and Dr. Luu to gauge interest in submitting for oral presentation (maybe as a hedge).

    • Already closed for 2024. Confirmed by Kevin.

    • Hot topic submissions opens in mid-February but must be sponsored by one of CAP counsels. Presentation would need to be given by a CAP member (i.e. Dr. Luu).

    • Audience more standard “community practice pathologist”. What would be message of interest to that audience at this point in time?

    • CAP 2026 submissions start in April.

    • Las Vegas, NV - March 2025

    • Call for presentations received 5/13/25. Due by June 10th

    • Proposal submitted “Achieving End to End Lab Results Interoperability with SHIELD”.

    • Accept/Decline notification should be received by the end of August, 2024. HIMSS Presentation Timeline Information

    • Proposal for 2025 HIMSS was not accepted. Will look to submit for 2026.

  • ASCLS (American Society of Clinical Laboratory Science)

  • ISPOR (International Society for Patients Outcome Research)

    • Interest in RWE to improve patient outcomes and research. May have interest in lab data harmonization.
