CELR Production Cutover to DEX

CELR Migration to Production

• Targeted for end of month: 4/26/24

DEX--Product Updates

• Dex: No known missing files

• SAMS Staging:

  • Geo’s account--PW expires in 21 days

  • Frans--Invite sent to SAMS, can set his system PW

  • GEO: Wants to document and screenshot

• SAMS PRD:

  • Geo has set up DEX, needs to set up system PW

  • Frans need to set up system PW for DEX

• Looking at doing cutover to SAMS prod

• 

• DEX: Looking at doing Production Cutover on 4/26/24

  • AIMS would need to switch to SAMS Prod, app will be offline for 1 hr

  • Geo: Should be fine--can update to SAMS prod

  • DEX would provide notification of period for change --DEX would be up, but would be using SAMS PRD

• DEX Metadata 2:

• DEX: Would need to send list of sending jurisdictions from AIMS for CELR

• 

• Geo: Is DEX investigating how/when to implement offset change? It still is looking as successful on AIMS side…

  • Geo: Needs some type of offset flag to trigger re-send/re-try

  • Geo: If we identified that a file was not succefully persisted, can we send file with new TGUID?

    • DEX: Yes, that would be fine to re-send

    • Geo: Have not implemented, will need to develop and re-test feature--this would impact timeline for PRD cutover , but would need to assess LOE

    • Cosmin: Not a required feature for PRD cutover

    • Geo: Can’t confidently say this is production ready if we have concerns about lost data

    • Get route--can wait before we check

• Geo:

  • Review of queues for tests--DLQ --62 files--replayed a few days later 4/15

  • 57 DLQ messages, replayed today 4/24/24--receiving a 500 error, may go through today, but flagging

  • Wondering why 500 error, delay in replay

• APHL/AIMS:

  • Reset SAMS PW for STG @Geoffery Miller

  • SAMS PRD: Set system account PW @Geoffery Miller and @Francis de Wet

  • Send Jurisdiction List to DEX (Geo/Wouter) @Geoffery Miller @Wouter Badenhorst

  • DEX: Will need to apply configurations internally for jurisdictions

  • DEX: Will notify AIMS 1 hr prior to production cutover on 4/26/24
