1. Issue 186-Remove Mapping to Pyrazinamide- 100ug/ml - Ready for testing, In QC1 and SBX.

   1. Validated SBX

2. Issue 189- LWP Mapping Add Additional Panels- Ready for testing in QC1 and SBX.

   1. The TNGS and TNGS Auxiliary panels that were previously there need to be added back.

3. Issue 193- PDF Mapping Issue with Pure culture Type- No Update, new example submitted. Thoughts- Process in cancellations. Has been difficult to reproduce after the fact.

Will have CA validate all in one after mapping issues resolved.

1. Issue 187-TRF change to Phenotypic DST section

2. Issue 188- TRF Form PDF update -Remove PZA

3. Issue 192- Modify TRF (LWP) under Seq- Based DST
