TB Issue Log Notes

• Issue 135, 139, 141: TAT Calculations

  • Production Deployment completed 9/7/23

  • Role updates: Completed in QC1, SB: Prod updates in progress

  • SY: TAT Calculations would only be applied for future data submitted, unless data is re-synced

    • Historic re-sync of production data in CDPH SL/LWP: 9/14 target start (Catherine will notify CDPH when resync is completed).

TB Testing Updates Target Deadlines

• CDPH: Validation schedule for expected TB Testing:

  • tNGS should be available for ordering in StarLims Production by Jan 1, 2024

  • WGS: should be available for ordering in StarLims Production by October 1, 2023

  • PSQ: Will no longer be available for ordering as of December 31, 2023
