Requirement Gathering

• Discrete results and export requirements for WGS and tNGS.

  • CDPH to provide updated reports. Would be similar to current report, but no display of patient information and additional headers

  • Expectations 3 tiles, aggregated, isolate, specimen

• Result Mapping Doc Review

• In aggregate report if data is provided with show

• Line listed specimens/isolate review for full description

• TEST+DRG+GENE

Next steps- compare existing mapping doc with new requirements.

1. Issue 183- PDF Mapping Issue with Pure culture Type open

   1. Possible code fix, need more details on what the code fix impact

2. Issue 189- LWP Mapping Add Additional Panels issue Addressed;Ready for retest

   1. The TNGS and TNGS Auxiliary panels that were previously there need to be added back.

3. Issue 195- Incorrect mapping to tests when WGS-DST and WGS-GT are ordered (Production) Open

   1. The workflow should be identical for A samples. See screenshot in Smartsheet LWP Mapping.

   2. Errors appear when attempting to submit and have to cancel one of them.
