Requirement Gathering

• Discrete results and export requirements for WGS and tNGS.

  • CDPH to provide updated reports. Would be similar to current report, but no display of patient information and additional headers

  • Expectations 3 tiles, aggregated, isolate, specimen

• Result Mapping Doc Review

• In aggregate report if data is provided with show

• Line listed specimens/isolate review for full description

• TEST+DRG+GENE

Next steps- compare existing mapping doc with new requirements. Need RT tNGS to be completed. Need PDF example. Steven to send a test through QC1 by end of the day
