SNOMED CT are typically not in online compendiums
Could you share a table of your specimen type and sources with their SCT codes?
HL7 2. 5. 1 is the required ELR version in MU, but not for non hospital labs
Many non hospital labs are on HL7 2.3.1, which does not support all the specimen information

DTA tubes from Greiner Bio-One are available in three versions: K2E K2EDTA, K2E K2EDTA Separator and K3E K3 EDTA. https://shop.gbo.com/en/usa/products/preanalytics/venous-blood-collection/vacuette-tube/edta/ Their website indicates EDTA shouldn't be used for lead. Yet, that is typically the container 18 mo well child visits are collected in for lead testing.
Also not all EDTA tubes are purple/lavender. Some aare royal blue: https://www.fishersci.com/shop/products/bd-vacutainer-plastic-blood-collection-tubes-trace-element-testing-k-sub-2-sub-edta-10-8mg/14816155#?keyword=edta%20tube
