CAP Today article:
From Kevin Schap: CAP Today team has been having us get approval from other internal staff to move ahead with publishing this article. The CAP team that was awarded a BAA contract also intend to publish an article about its work. Bob McGonagle, the editor for CAP Today has asked to ensure that the various publications don’t result in any sort of backlash for CAP, so it is currently held up by internal discussions. Once we have approval, CAP Today will start reaching out to the various interviewees.
