CVS Health

CVS Health (and to some extent) Walgreens COVID lab volumes have dropped off to the point where MN is getting missing file alerts. When reaching out and not getting any responses to emails. Are other states experiencing similar drops in reporting volumes and/or communication gaps.

Doug will contact a partner who is working with Walgreens (on another project) to obtain any additional information.

Sita (MA) Interpartner Question

Interpartner

Currently working with NH and NJ and are testing syntax on validating in both directions. Requests have been placed for the link to be set up in AIMS but she hasn’t received a response. MA is looking to expedite this request. They are working with both states away from the AIMS platform (using SFTP and Move-IT).

Veterans' facility question

Veterans' facility reports to HHS. Have any states had luck with getting the veterans to share their results with the states?

Sita (MA)-No, they initiated work with them prior to the pandemic but they were asked by their central office to stop. MA are getting some VA reports through the AIMS CELR feed, but they haven’t been able to work with them individually again.

Nicole K. (TN)-This topic has been discussed in CSTE ELR workgroup. They discussed a more coordinated approach across reporting streams (ECR and ELR) for ongoing discussion and possible collaboration through CSTE and APHL and having communication with the VA. The hope is that they can leverage the relationship to expand ELR reporting. This discussion is currently ongoing. The ELR workgroup is tracking this topic. Any updates they will bring to call.

Ann-Walmart Covid Labs question

Walmart wants to begin sending Covid labs. Has any other jurisdictions heard from them regarding this matter.

Nicole K. (TN)-They also received a request from Walmart regarding this matter as well. The request was recent and received within the last few months.
